Hong Kong, November 3, 2021 - C&T webinar Working Mode Revolution: Strengthening Business Continuity was held on October 8, 2021, providing a valuable exchange occasion for HR and IT representatives of IPL HRMS customers across industries to gain work-from-home (WFH) planning insights from experienced HR practitioners' sharing.

The webinar started with Ms. Winnie Tsien, Head of Human Resources, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, Jones Lang LaSalle, sharing today’s WFH phenomenon, and brought out some case sharing on how companies prepare employees for long-term WFH, maintain employee's health during the difficult times, and so on.

Experienced HR manager Ms. Janis Ma followed with her sharing of the planning and implementation of WFH policy, tips of maintaining good communication between HR and employees and how companies' management monitor and improve the whole implementation process.

The two speakers also joined a panel discussion moderated by Mr. Erik Kwok, Chief Technology Officer, C&T Group, for in-depth exchange with participants from finance, insurance, real estate, property management and different other sectors looking for the best practice of WFH.

Before the end of the webinar, Mr. Leo Siu, Head of HRM Customer Services, IPL Research Limited, also provided participants with a glimpse into the latest IPL HRMS system features for mobile workforce management.
