Hong Kong, March 29, 2019 -  C&T Solutions has been awarded the revamp project for Flag State Quality Control (FSQC) management information system of Hong Kong Marine Department (MD) under Category 3 Major Group of the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 4 (SOA-QPS4) of Hong Kong Government. The information system is managed under the Flag State Quality Control (FSQC) system implemented by MD in 1999 for monitoring and maintaining the quality of Hong Kong registered ships. It maintains important data of over 2,500 registered ships, each with a number of certificates, accumulated records of half-yearly quality assessments, etc. To cater for the rising frequency and volume of documentation and enhance internal collaboration, C&T Solutions will develop an efficient web-based system with security standards of the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) for online access from MD’s headquarters, overseas offices and other remote workforces through both desktop and mobile devices.

To revamp this FSQC information system, C&T’s experienced solution team will provide combined technical services for system analysis, design, implementation and integration, and deliver reliable system maintenance & support to facilitate MD’s efficient quality control of all ships registered in Hong Kong.
