C&T Solutions participating in wide range of SOA-QPS4 projects in 2019
Hong Kong, March 25, 2020 - Since the launch of the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 4 (SOA-QPS4) in 2017 by the HKSAR Government, C&T Solutions has been engaged with a large number of public service projects. Up till 2019, the team has participated in over 120 projects of different scales and served over 47 government departments, amounting to a total of nearly 70 million HK dollars.
In 2019, under QPS4 Category 1 (pre-implementation and independent programme/ project management services) and QPS4 Category 3 Major Group (implementation and combined system development services), a number of government departments entrusted the team of C&T Solutions to deliver reliable system solutions, including the privacy impact assessment (PIA) for the Census and Statistics Department, independent project management for the Civil Aid Service and revamp of the Flag State Quality Control (FSQC) management information system for the Marine Department.
In line with the rising public concern over information security, the government has strengthened its effort for the security of public service systems. In 2019, the specialized IT security team at C&T was entrusted for 26 projects under QPS4 Category 4 (information security and independent testing services), working together with the government to ensure the protection of the public’s personal information.
