Hong Kong, October 12, 2023 - C&T organized a horticultural therapy workshop on October 4 for colleagues from various departments to get together and create beautiful potted plants using different kinds of plants and decorations.

C&T encourages colleagues to connect and share happy moments, the workshop took the opportunity to promote relaxation techniques to release stress and anxiety from work. Following the instructor’s lead, participants learned how to decorate the potted plant with ornaments, flowers, and plants, to add some nature to their office or living space.

The participants enjoyed a fun activity that encouraged self-compassion and relieved negative emotions. C&T hopes to continue to hold enriching events that can stimulate growth and creativity.
