Hong Kong, July 12, 2019 - C&T’s subsidiary Global e-Trading Services Limited (Ge-TS) enhanced its collaboration with Hongkong Post by opening trade declaration service counters in four newly designated post offices, expanding the coverage to a total of 27 post offices across Hong Kong.

An appointed service provider for Government Electronic Trading Services (GETS) since 2004, Ge-TS provides diverse e-services covering Import and Export Declarations (TDEC), Dutiable Commodities Permits (DCP), Electronic Cargo Manifests (EMAN), Road Cargo System (ROCARS) and Certificate of Origin (CO). From January 2019, the collaboration has been started from January 2019 by providing one-stop services of paper-to-electronic conversion and e-form submission for traders through 23 post offices located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

The expansion of the GETS service points will further strengthen the coverage of Ge-TS. As the connection between customers and the government, Ge-TS is committed to technology enhancement and optimized the efficiency of electronic trading declaration and other e-trading services in order to stimulate the on-going development of Hong Kong’s trading economy.
