Hong Kong, April 3, 2019 - C&T’s human resources management software Platinum HRM gathered HR practitioners from various industries for a two-day small class training workshop for HRM 8.0 system usage techniques at C&T’s Shanghai Training Center on March 14-15.

During the training, Platinum’s experienced consultants imparted important knowledge and skills of managing HR operation processes with the system through case sharing and practical exercises. The interactive discussions in the class also encouraged sharing of various users’ experience in payroll, attendance and even taxation management through Platinum, for example,

• How to calculate the staff’s pension by auto-generation through the basic salary?
• In the staff on-board module, is there any function to display more staff basic information?

The workshop received positive feedback from the HR practitioners, especially about the comprehensive explanation of the front-end’s coding generation and back-end management, which provided solutions in response to the new labor ordinance. With the support and recognition from customers, Platinum will hold different small class workshops from time to time and strengthen the industry’s know-how of IT in human resources management.
