Versatile design for industries: IPL HRMS adopted by leading property management and hospitality groups
Hong Kong, June 29, 2018 - C&T's IPL HRMS is working on two projects for the market leaders in property management and hospitality in Hong Kong and Macau respectively. Both are new customers of IPL HRMS adopting IPL HRMS’ core modules to simplify their HR personnel’s management of the complicated payroll and leave processes, with addition of Employee Self-Service (ESS) modules to raise employees’ engagement in their HR-related matters.
The customer in hospitality is a management group of one of the most famous hotel casinos in Macau. Set up in the 1970s and known for its distinctive architectural design, the hotel is an icon set within the heart of Macau. Managing over 1,000 staff, the hospitality group adopts IPL HRMS’ core and ESS modules to replace its traditional HR processes. To handle the payroll and leave arrangement in Macau, IPL HRMS’s professional team customized the system to comply with and best fit Macau’s employment regulations, such as the Employment & Labor Law.
The customer in property management is one of the largest private property asset and facility management groups in Hong Kong, which holds a significant market share of composite residential development assets and manages a total of 200 million square feet of real estate assets. To enhance the HR efficiency of managing its large number of employees and industry-specific payroll processes, the Group is replacing its existing HR management system with IPL HRMS. Besides the core management module, the Group also adopts ESS modules such as iProfile and iLeave for the employees to update their own personal records, view leave balances, make leave applications, etc. online. The advanced Attendance module provides an integrated platform for HR and management staff to manage workforces’ rosters and over-time (OT) work with reduced time and effort.
