Hong Kong, July 10, 2019 - Following the provision of business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the world's largest series of jewelry trade fairs organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in March, C&T BPO provided all-round staffing and onsite management services to enable HKTDC's smooth business-matching service operations in a row of five major trade fairs in April.  

The five trade fairs, including the Lighting Fair, Electronics Fair, Houseware Fair and Gifts & Premium Fair held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and Printing & Packaging Fair held at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), gathered over 11,000 exhibitors in total from around the world. To ensure smooth operations onsite, from handling high volume of buyer inquiries and promoting Small Order Zone for exhibitors to various other types of business matching, a great deal of manpower was required each day for each fair. From staff recruitment to training, onsite management and payroll handling, C&T's comprehensive BPO services enabled HKTDC to maintain its quality services secured by sufficiently staffed onsite taskforces.
