Hong Kong, December 8, 2023 - Under the trend of digital transformation, AI and Robotic process automation (RPA) are undoubtedly the future of risk management and compliance enforcement. C&T and ACW Distribution co-organized a seminar, Risk Management using AI and RPA on December 8 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) for organizations across industries to offer great insights on enhancing compliance and reducing risk with new technologies.

CISC is a powerful intelligence-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud platform for collecting relevant data from public sources and applying technologies such as AI and Natural language processing (NLP) to detect default risk and create accurate risk models to minimize risk and improve accuracy.

In this seminar, technology specialists from C&T, Laiye and ACW Distribution shared how CISC’s AI engine, VITOVA’s document management solution and Laiye’s RPA platform help banking, finance, government and public sector streamline resources-consuming compliance processes in preventing loan default risk and protecting sensitive data.

With case sharing and demonstrations of VitalDoc’s centralized documentation, CISC’s IaaS platform and Laiye’s intelligent automation workflow, the participants were able to have a better understanding of the advantages of using AI and RPA and plan for monitoring compliance violations and identifying potential risks. C&T hopes to continue to collaborate with excellent partners to promote IT adoption and digital transformation to different industries in the future.
