Also, it has adopted Platinum’s employee self-service (ESS) modules, enabling employees to update their profile information, view monthly payslips and apply for holidays via web and mobile platforms. Platinum’s upgraded cloud platform provides integrated HR functions for LEM China to achieve high business efficiency with streamlined operations and enhance its competitiveness in the China market.
