Hong Kong, September 6, 2019 - C&T colleagues together with their family members and other Hong Kong Movie Star Sports Association Charities Limited (HKMSSAC) volunteers gathered at Shek Kip Mei Estate on September 1 for the annual Mid-Autumn charity visit to the elderly, sending them mooncakes and gifts to welcome a warm festival.

HKMSSAC was set up in 1986, dedicated to providing diversified care services to senior citizens as a non-profit making organization, helping them improve standard of living and encouraging them to join more social activities.

A total of 800 volunteers gathered at Shek Kip Mei Estate in the morning to prepare gift packs which included mooncakes, rice packs and other daily necessities. Volunteers set off in small groups to visit the elderly’s homes across the estate to deliver gift packs and share care and love to the elderly. The meaningful day ended with laughter and blessing which not only brought bliss to the elderly but also strengthened the bonding among colleagues.
