Hong Kong, July 28, 2017 - Leading locally listed information technology ("IT") software and services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (“C&T Holdings” or the "Group", Stock Code: SEHK 00046) announces Computer And Technologies Solutions Limited (“C&T Solutions”), a subsidiary of the Group, has been awarded in three categories of services under the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 4 (“SOA-QPS4”) by the HKSAR Government. C&T Solutions will provide IT professional services for Government bureaux and departments under a contract period of 48 months starting from July 31, 2017.

SOA-QPS4 is part of the Government's IT outsourcing strategy aiming to enlarge the delivery capacity for IT services; accelerate the delivery of IT solutions; and create a market of sufficient size to encourage the further development of the IT industry. It is the replacement of the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 3 (“SOA-QPS3”) that expired in July 2017. Under SOA-QPS4, the upper limit of contract value is significantly raised by 50% from $10 million to $15 million, enabling contractors’ participation in projects of larger scale and higher value.

C&T Solutions has been a long-term contractor under the SOA-QPS scheme since 2002. Under SOA-QPS3 from July 2013 to July 2017, the acclaimed professional team of C&T Solutions has been engaged in over one hundred one-off and on-going projects for different bureaux and departments of the Government. With a proven track record of delivering quality IT services with strong competence in upholding software development standards, C&T Solutions will continue its contribution to the Government’s public services through three SOA-QPS4 categories: (Category 1) pre-implementation & independent program/ project management services; (Category 3 Major Group) implementation & combined system development services; and (Category 4) information security and independent testing services.
