Hong Kong, September 1, 2023 - Leading Hong Kong listed information technology (IT) software and service company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (the Group, SEHK 00046) announced that Mr. Chung Kin Yip, Jon has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Group with effect from September 1, 2023.

Mr. Chung oversees the business operations of Application Software, Solutions and e-Services, as well as various corporate functions including sales and marketing, human resources, management information systems and research and development of the Group. He has over 25 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, specialising in leading digital transformation initiatives, information technology (IT) outsourcing, managed services, and customer experience management.  Before joining the Group, Jon held various key positions responsible for business development and marketing, sales force management, solutions consultancy, and professional services delivery in companies including FUJIFILM Business Innovation, Microsoft, and PCCW.  Jon graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics & Electronic Engineering in 1998 and obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006.
