C&T Acquires Sanyo Extended System Services Limited

Hong Kong, February 6, 2015 - Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited ("C&T Holdings" or the "Group", Stock Code: SEHK 00046) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Sanyo Extended System Services Limited ("Sanyo Extended"), a well-established Enterprise Retail Management (ERM) product company specialized in Point-of-Sale and related management systems software and solutions.

With more than 30 years of expertise in ERM solutions and services for large-scale retailers, Sanyo Extended is serving a prestigious pool of customers comprising international brands, listed companies as well as many renowned leaders in respective industries like apparel, sportswear and specialty stores.

Its flagship ERM product – ChainStore2000 is empowering more than 1,000 sales outlets of various customers in Hong Kong, China, Japan and other regions. ChainStore2000 offers comprehensive operational and management features covering cashier, back office, inventory management and warehouse functions etc. The latest mobility modules have further uplifted flexibility and user experience.

Enriching the Group’s Software Business, the Sanyo Extended professional software and service team as well as the ChainStore2000 product suite will further complement the Group’s Human Resources Management (HRM), Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and Enterprise Procurement Management (EPM) teams and products, resulting in a more comprehensive software product portfolio of the Group to better serve the enterprise market.
