C&T Secures Four-Year SOA-QPS3 Contracts from the HKSAR Government

C&T Solutions is awarded three new Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) under the Quality Professional Services 3 (SOA-QPS3) by the Government of the HKSAR to provide IT professional services to the Government departments and bureaus. An agreement signing ceremony was held at the Central Government Offices, Tamar on 29 July 2013.

As replacements of the SOA-QPS2 contracts that expired in July 2013, the SOA-QPS3 contracts will last for four years until July 2017. Since 2002, C&T Solutions has been consecutively a contractor under standing order agreements to provide the HKSAR Government with IT professional services.

Under the recently re-awarded agreements under SOA-QPS3, C&T Solutions will provide the Government with a wide variety of IT professional services that cover three categories: on-going services (Service Category 2 Minor Service Group); implementation & combined system development services (Service Category 3 Major Service Group); and information security and independent testing services (Service Category 4) respectively.
