IPL HRIS Wins China Outstanding Software Product Award 2012

Hong Kong, April 16, 2013 – Leading locally listed information technology ("IT") services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (C&T Holdings or the "Group", Stock Code: SEHK 00046) announced that its subsidiary IPL Research Limited ("IPL") was honored with the China Outstanding Software Product Award ("COSPA") 2012, for a consecutive year recognizing the excellence of its flagship product IPL HRIS as an enterprise-class human resources management ("HRM") solution. The COSPA 2012 (Hong Kong Section) Presentation Ceremony was held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 15, 2013.

The largest award event in the ICT industry of PRC, the annual China Outstanding Software Product Award is organized by the nation-wide China Software Industry Association, which is also actively supported by its founder, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC. Since the first award in 1994, the association and the ministry have devoted concerted effort to fostering development of national-class software products and market bridging by extensive recommendation to government departments and enterprises.
