C&T Announces 2016 interim results

Hong Kong, September 6, 2013 – Leading locally listed information technology ("IT") services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited ("Company", Stock Code: SEHK 00046, and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as "C&T" or the "Group"), announced that, Mr. Lau Sze Yuen, Edmund ("Mr. Lau") has joined the management team as the President of North Asia to head up the Group’s business operation in Mainland China and business development in other countries in North Asia.

Mr. Lau has more than 20 years of management experience in software and professional services business. Before joining the Group, Edmund was the President of North Asia, Aptean/CDC Software and responsible for Greater China, Japan and Korean business. He also held various management positions in multinational services and solution providers including Viador and Brighton in US and Greater China regions. Mr. Lau graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science in 1982 and received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California in 1992.
