Appointment of Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Hong Kong, November 28, 2013 - Leading locally listed information technology ("IT") services company, Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited ("Company", Stock Code: SEHK 00046, and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as "C&T" or the "Group"), announced that Mr. Cheung Wai Lam, Derek ("Mr. Cheung") has been appointed as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer ("Deputy CEO") of the Company with effect from December 17, 2013.

Mr. Cheung has over 27 years of experience in IT and consulting business ranging from software development to enterprise solutions implementation. He is one of the founders of Y&A Professional Services Ltd. ("Y&A"). He first joined C&T in 2006 when Y&A became a subsidiary of the Group. He was in charge of the overall operation improvement and the Solutions Services business of the Group in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer till February 2013. Mr. Cheung is graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science in 1985 and an Executive Master Degree in Business Administration in 2011.
